It reads: Its strange when you don't get the response you were looking for. It means something is off! If I wait to get the response I want, it could sometimes be a cold day in hell! You have to remember everyone does not always see and feel the same way you do about something. It is just the way of the world. If you believe in something, and think you could make a go of it go for it! Opinions are good but do not base everything on it and do not feel bad when you do not get the feed back you want!
